- "Amy, you okay?" Ed asked, snapping her out of her reverie. "What are you thinking about, Sweetie?"
- Amy suddenly climbed off of him and stood. Ed resignedly realized that she was unwilling to go through with this. It was a shame, because he knew she needed it. He just hoped that she wouldn't tell anyone, especially Johnny. That surely would ruin their relationship. He wouldn't try to stop her, though...
